Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment; build client relationships daily.
  • •In partnership with leadership, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, supporting action plans for deficient areas.
  • •Ensure effective sales floor coverage by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives as needed.
  • •Assist with processing shipment and ensuring product flow, including visual merchandising and daily replenishment, while following company procedures.

Key Requirements
