Job Summary

Oversee the A-shift production process to maintain high output, quality, and yields while ensuring a safe working environment. Monitor daily production orders, ensure staffing before line start-up, and supervise team member training, rotations, and human-relations support. Maintain equipment and workstations to USDA inspection standards, track shipments and inventory coding, and coordinate with other supervisors to solve processing issues and keep accurate records.

•Maintain production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment possible.

•Ensure machinery performance standards and that all workstations have passed USDA inspection.
•Oversee processing operations, coordinate with other supervisors to solve problems, and keep records of reworked or returned product.
