Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and communicate an AI strategy with wide organizational alignment.
  • •Build and maintain an iterative roadmap of AI transformation initiatives across teams.
  • •Own the AI transformation operating cadence, running reporting forums and meeting rhythm (AI-Exec, AI-PD, and working groups).
  • •Partner with Engineering on AI tooling operations by triaging tool requests and keeping the org current on the AI tooling landscape.
  • •Stand up the organization’s first AI adoption and impact measurement framework while building relationships with existing AI leads.

Key Requirements

  • •6–8+ years within a fast-moving tech organization.
  • •Experience operating at senior-management level or in a Chief of Staff-type role, leading through influence, not authority.
  • •Direct experience helping an organization adopt a significant new technology or way of working, ideally including an AI adoption initiative in the last 1–2 years.
  • •Track record partnering across Product, Design, and Engineering.
  • •Technical literacy to contribute to in-depth technical discussions about AI-related product and process topics.
