Sales & Service Lead - Del Amo Fashion Center

Lead a guest-focused sales and service environment on the retail floor, assessing customer connection and delivering technical product education through feedback and coaching. Build daily customer relationships, analyze reports to drive results and action plans, and ensure strong sales floor coverage. Partner with Operations and Visual Leads on reporting, budgets, inventory control, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities. Lead and develop Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers while supporting cross-functional training and business directives.
