Project Engineering Manager (Relocation)

Lead large-scale, complex engineering projects in the pork and packaged meat industry, transforming production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. You’ll develop engineering designs, feasibility studies, and cost estimates; coordinate scheduling across plants, vendors, and contractors; manage bid packages and contract administration; and monitor installations against scope, budget, and specifications. You’ll also coach and develop engineering team members while proactively managing risks and keeping projects on track.
