Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, revise, and maintain instructor-led and structured training products using ISD methodologies and applicable training standards.
  • •Conduct curriculum analysis and development across the lifecycle, including design, development, implementation support, evaluation, and sustainment.
  • •Create learning objectives, instructional content, lesson materials, instructor and student guides, assessments, practical exercises, and supporting curriculum products.
  • •Translate complex technical, operational, and procedural information with SMEs into clear, structured training materials.
  • •Maintain quality through internal reviews, incorporate feedback, manage configuration control/traceability, and support schedule/milestone delivery across concurrent efforts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 72,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years (or commensurate experience).
  • •Education, formal training, or professional certification in instructional design or instructional systems design/development (ISD).
  • •Experience developing curriculum or training products in a highly structured environment such as DoD, military, government, or defense contracting.
  • •Knowledge of military training development processes and performance-based training principles, including NAVEDTRA guidance familiarity (preferred).
  • •Ability to interpret complex technical information and translate it into clear, learner-centered instructional content; strong written and organizational skills.
