Macro COO / Business Manager

Serve as a trusted advisor to Macro business leadership, coordinating strategy execution across business, technology, and support functions. Drive growth initiatives and the rollout of new products and capabilities, translating performance into dashboards, KPIs, and executive presentations. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and expense controls, while partnering across Sales and Trading, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Risk to identify, escalate, and mitigate market and operational risks.
