Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and support the HRIS technology portfolio, including system integrity, security, and compliance.
  • •Lead HRIS implementations, upgrades, and enhancements by partnering with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors.
  • •Translate HR business requirements into system configurations and process improvements, driving automation and simplification.
  • •Lead HRIS projects from planning through deployment, managing timelines, risks, user testing, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
  • •Maintain data integrity and support reporting, analytics, auditing, and compliance activities, partnering with People Analytics teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • •Experience in multi-country and multi-time zone environments.
  • •Understanding of HR compliance requirements and system design implications, with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
