Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and provide holistic advice on assigned client relationships, including cross-selling and identifying client needs.
  • •Execute and/or submit client account servicing activities (wires/fund transfers, opening/closing accounts, record maintenance, document imaging, and researching client issues).
  • •Proactively coordinate with relationship management and NCSS teams to gather information needed to execute requested activities.
  • •Handle paying/receiving activities including cash transactions, daily balancing, and adherence to WM Lobby Banking Operations policies and procedures.
  • •Mentor fellow personal bankers and share deposit-area expertise/training as directed by the team leader/manager.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of related experience
  • •Knowledge of banking operations, products, and services (preferred)
  • •Knowledge of federal regulations and banking guidelines
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills for researching and resolving requests
