Travel Services Agent(Temporary Contract) (MA)

Promote and execute day-to-day Air Arabia ticketing and customer service activities to meet sales and service targets. Process reservations, travel bookings, and booking modifications, issue tickets, and coordinate travel arrangements through the company system. Implement cross-selling, follow up on new products and promotions, and respond to customer inquiries and complaints across visits, calls, and emails. Handle visa application/cancellation monitoring and support check-in coordination with airport teams.
