Key Responsibilities

  • •Use consultative sales and Financial Needs Assessment to build thorough customer profiles and identify financial needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • •Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and other approved marketing tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell existing customers and engage in outside sales activities such as onsite presentations, business calls, and community financial literacy events.
  • •Follow risk and ethics policies while opening/servicing retail products, participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes, and keep business confidential.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire and cross-sell to customers.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS at the time of employment (MU4R).
