Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end lifecycle for Micron’s AI platform portfolio, including evaluation, onboarding, deployment, steady-state operations, and retirement.
  • •Lead enterprise-ready onboarding and configuration (tenancy, identity, data boundaries, logging, and admin governance) so platforms are production- and audit-ready.
  • •Operate platforms to defined SLOs and instrument observability for usage, drift, and degradation; optimize model selection/routing and drive eval-gated releases.
  • •Own AI platform unit economics (token consumption, license utilization, agent run cost, and infrastructure spend) and translate into showback/chargeback.
  • •Define and run the service management framework (service levels, on-call, change/problem management, and post-incident learning) and lead incident response with clear high-severity communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • •7+ years in enterprise IT, platform operations, service management, or product management.
  • •5+ years of people leadership experience building and leading multi-disciplinary teams in a global matrixed organization.
  • •Ownership of enterprise SaaS/platform services across evaluation, launch, scale, and steady-state operations.
  • •Working knowledge of the modern enterprise AI stack and the operating practices to run them at scale (SLAs/SLOs, change/problem management, and major incident response).
