Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries; maintain inventory of consumables, spare parts, tools, and project materials.
  • •Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment; maintain organized storage and material traceability.
  • •Perform inventory counts and keep accurate records in SAP and related systems.
  • •Coordinate domestic and international shipments; prepare shipping, customs, and export documentation; track deliveries and resolve shipment issues.
  • •Support purchasing, material planning, and asset tracking; contribute to efficient logistics and inventory processes as the site grows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 48,000 - 66,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in logistics, supply chain, materials management, operations, or a related field.
  • •Experience in a high-tech manufacturing, engineering, laboratory, or R&D environment.
  • •Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • •Understanding of international shipping, import/export, and customs requirements.
