Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end transformation projects from business case through implementation and benefit realization.
  • •Develop project charters, governance, workplans, milestones, budgets, RAID logs, and communication plans.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams to align priorities, remove barriers, and deliver shared outcomes.
  • •Facilitate workshops to define current-state processes, future-state operating models, and business requirements.
  • •Monitor project health (KPIs, dependencies, risks/issues) and provide executive-level reporting; support organizational change activities for adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of project management experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Experience in transformation, PMO, continuous improvement, strategy execution, or business excellence environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid); PMP or PRINCE2 (or equivalent) preferred.
  • •Experience using MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools.
