Job Summary

Lead high-impact AI and data delivery for reinsurance decision support products, moving AI-enabled analytics and data capabilities from concept and pilot into stable, scalable production. You’ll guide cross-functional agile execution (planning, demos, retrospectives, and release readiness), partner with architects and engineering leads, and ensure strong SDLC practices including CI/CD, observability, documentation, and operational readiness. Manage delivery momentum across distributed teams and coach contributors.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide hands-on delivery leadership to move AI, analytics, and data products from concept/pilot into stable, scalable production use.
•Guide cross-functional teams through agile planning, execution, demos, retrospectives, and release readiness aligned to product priorities and architecture standards.
•Partner with architects, engineering leads, product managers, data science, QA, and stakeholders to translate objectives into executable delivery plans and high-quality releases.
•Support deployment of AI-enabled capabilities including retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, document intelligence, structured extraction, analytics, and GPT-powered applications.
•Promote SDLC discipline (testing, CI/CD, observability, documentation, operational readiness) and manage delivery across distributed onshore/nearshore/offshore/supplier resources.

Key Requirements

•Experience leading software, data, analytics, or AI delivery teams through the full SDLC in an agile environment with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and distributed contributors.
•Ability to credibly partner with engineers and architects on cloud-native solution design, APIs, data pipelines, integration patterns, security, testing, DevOps, and operational readiness.
•Strong Azure and Databricks experience.
•Practical understanding of modern AI/GenAI delivery concepts including LLMs, RAG architectures, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, evaluation, vector search, observability, and model/pipeline governance.
•Track record leading backlogs, sprint execution, dependencies, delivery risks, and executive-level communications while keeping teams focused on business value.
