Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute corporate financing and capital markets transactions from term sheet through closing with guidance from the AGC.
  • •Draft, review, structure, and negotiate term sheets and definitive agreements, including credit agreements, guarantees, security packages, and ancillary documents.
  • •Support Finance with due diligence and manage document flow and closing logistics across outside counsel and internal teams.
  • •Support ongoing covenant compliance post-closing.
  • •Support entity formations and intercompany transactions while maintaining organized deal files and standardized templates.

Key Requirements
