Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the CEO and management team to define strategy, organizational design, and where the company focuses.
  • •Guide resource allocation to drive long-term company and shareholder value.
  • •Bring an economic lens to product strategy, pricing, packaging, and partner/bank negotiations for payments unit economics.
  • •Lead capital markets and strategic transactions, including primary capital raises, debt facilities, and M&A as needed.
  • •Build and scale the finance function and define AI strategy for how the organization operates and enables the rest of the company.

Key Requirements

  • •Strategic judgment, commercial instincts, and deep financial knowledge.
  • •Experience navigating strategic transactions such as primary capital raises, debt financings, or M&A.
  • •High-growth startup experience, with experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital as a plus.
  • •Fintech experience in the infrastructure or application layer, with payments experience as a strong plus.
