Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead departmental strategy planning workshops to develop medium-to-long term strategies, goals, and KPIs aligned with corporate objectives.
  • •Define departmental strategies aligned to flydubai’s long-term strategy and share accountability for business effectiveness deliverables.
  • •Direct process improvement projects to raise service levels, improve revenues, or better manage costs, ensuring tangible benefits and effective change management.
  • •Develop and drive corporate KPI frameworks and performance dashboards (e.g., OTP and customer experience metrics) to guide resource management and investment justifications.
  • •Lead organization design (OD) with HR for 2–4 years, track success using business and people metrics, and facilitate innovation initiatives with IT.

Key Requirements

  • •10–12 years of experience in business strategy, change management, and organizational development within a large corporate environment and/or strategy consulting, including cross-business collaboration.
  • •Master’s degree with a major in Logistics, IT, Project Management, Finance, or Engineering.
  • •Experience leading large change programs and initiatives focused on organizational performance improvement.
  • •Fluent in English.
  • •Ability to define and drive strategy planning workshops, KPIs, and performance frameworks.
