Job Summary

Own and execute end-to-end software delivery for multiple concurrent projects, coordinating discovery through customer adoption. Partner with a cross-functional team and a Software Delivery Program Manager to lead project planning, status communications with KPIs, and change control, including testing liaison and continuous improvement of delivery documentation and processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Take ownership of one or more project plans, including status reports, risk logs, and issue management.
•Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Communications, Product, Engineering, and Operations) to align on delivery, communicate status, and escalate issues.
•Manage software delivery from discovery through customer adoption by identifying dependencies and driving action plans to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
•Support change control processes and governance meetings to maintain scope and timeline integrity, including liaison for testing initiatives.
•Apply delivery best practices and maintain deliverable/document control processes, capturing customer feedback to improve the delivery model.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 75,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years experience in a high-performance software delivery capacity.
•5+ years of project management experience preferred.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
•Experience in healthcare, consumer applications, or technology is required.
