Lead solution architecture for Solartis Insure in Property & Casualty Insurance (commercial lines), covering policy administration and microservices deployment. Drive integration across enterprise applications by defining REST API contracts and data/event schemas, coordinating with platform and partner teams. Provide technical leadership across the SDLC with an AI-forward approach, and support agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect and drive Solartis Insure solutions for P&C commercial lines, including policy administration and microservices deployment.
•Lead technical delivery by prioritizing AI throughout the SDLC and using AI-assisted coding tools for productivity.
•Design and implement solutions using Azure, ReactJS, and .NET, ensuring architecture compliance, performance, and technical quality.
•Own application integration by coordinating REST APIs and Azure integration services (Service Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps), and serving as the primary integration contact.
•Support agile execution by partnering with Product Owner and Scrum Master to plan sprints, refine backlog, break down requirements into technical work, and participate in technical ceremonies.

Key Requirements

•Over 8 years of experience in the insurance domain, focused on Property & Casualty commercial lines.
•Experience integrating Solartis with enterprise applications.
•Strong communication skills to manage teams and relationships with stakeholders.
•Ability to provide technical leadership and set standards for code, reviews, and best practices.
•Experience designing and developing solutions across application stacks, adapting as needed.
