Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct routine field inspections of land plots, properties, facilities, tenant premises, common areas, and related utilities/parking/shared services.
  • •Follow inspection schedules/plans and instructions, verifying premises use against lease agreements, approved activity, permitted land use, and applicable regulations.
  • •Identify and document violations (expired contracts, unauthorized usage, subleasing, misuse, occupancy irregularities, breaches) and assess maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and condition.
  • •Collect evidence of non-compliance through photos, site observations, interviews, stakeholder feedback, and supporting documentation where required.
  • •Prepare and submit inspection reports and maintain updated inspection records/case files/site visit logs; coordinate with tenants and stakeholders and escalate serious or repeated issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional diploma or equivalent qualification in Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •1–3 years of experience in property inspection, real estate operations, facilities inspection, compliance inspection, property management, or field operations.
  • •Basic understanding of lease agreements, tenancy documents, property usage, occupancy verification, and inspection procedures.
  • •Ability to identify property violations, maintenance issues, unauthorized activities, and documentation gaps, with good report writing skills and clear inspection observations supported by photos/evidence.
  • •Basic proficiency in MS Office and ability to use mobile devices and inspection tools or reporting systems; valid UAE driving license may be required depending on coverage.
