Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model.
  • •Assist in store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies.
  • •Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives.
  • •Follow Crocs policies including asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Be 16 years or older.
  • •Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance.
  • •Use a team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Be able to move merchandise and perform shelf/rack stocking tasks.
  • •Lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and be able to stand and continuously move around the store for at least 8 hours per shift.
