Job Summary

Lead Digital Technology Site Services facilities engagement by partnering with Facilities, Engineering, Operations, Security, and infrastructure teams to integrate secure, compliant digital technology capabilities across Raytheon environments. Represent Digital Technology interests in FIT processes, support project execution, ROM/cost estimating for cabling and networking scope, and ensure assets and deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget. Provide regional budget and operational reporting, and coordinate vendor and site-opening/closure activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Digital Technology Site Services interests through the Functional Integration Team (FIT), aligning inputs for capital and expense projects and supporting ROM estimates for cabling and networking scope.
•Engage with Digital Technology Program Leads and Facilities Project Managers to support project execution of Digital Technology scope on priorities and FIT requests.
•Ensure Digital Technology assets and deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget, including managing project activities, scheduling cable vendors, and integrating work into facilities master schedules.
•Build and maintain working relationships with Enterprise Services, peer functional leaders, Asset Management, and outsourced end user and network vendors; facilitate site opening/closures engagement.
•Assist with regional budget management, PO management and invoice approvals, and provide weekly/monthly operational reporting to leadership.

Key Requirements

•University degree (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 7 years experience.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
•Experience managing IT service vendors/service providers.
•Working knowledge/certificates in networking, telephony, and cabling infrastructure.
•Strong project management, organizational, and documentation skills.
