Vice President - Capstone Partners' Financial Advisory Services

Lead financial advisory engagements supporting under-performing and distressed companies, including special situations investment banking, restructuring, turnarounds, and performance improvement. Prepare and analyze historical and projected financials (including 13-week cash flow), perform detailed due diligence, and execute day-to-day engagement processes while maintaining tight deadlines. Build complex financial models, prepare forecasts and management presentations, and support engagement planning and business development through strong client relationships.
