  • •Support financial advisory work for under-performing and distressed companies across special situations, turnarounds, performance improvement, restructuring, and interim management.
  • •Prepare, analyze, and explain historical and projected financial information, including 13-week cash flow projections.
  • •Coordinate and perform detailed business due diligence and execute engagement processes while meeting strict deadlines.
  • •Organize and prepare forecasts, financial statements, management presentations, and other required deliverables.

Key Requirements
