Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess dynamic, acoustic, and fatigue reliability risks for new HVAC products throughout the product lifecycle.
  • •Lead dynamic, vibration, and acoustic testing of products and components and related validation work.
  • •Develop test plans, including test type selection, data acquisition system setup/arrangement, and test execution.
  • •Process, analyze, and interpret test and analytical data; identify and analyze NVH issues across relevant modules.
  • •Conduct quantitative simulation modeling for sound transmission, vibro-acoustic coupling, aerodynamic noise, and acoustic materials, and propose acoustic solutions while collaborating with other teams to implement improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Power Engineering, Acoustics, Vibration Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
  • •Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
  • •Solid foundational knowledge of vibration, noise, structural dynamics, and structural fatigue.
  • •Familiarity with testing instruments and sensor principles, including accelerometers, microphones, force sensors, and data acquisition equipment.
  • •Basic English reading and writing skills to review technical documentation.
