Key Responsibilities

•Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Engage in cross-selling and outside sales activities, including membership advantage presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
•Work with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) to refer customers and provide timely, holistic financial solutions.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analyzing credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
