Key Responsibilities

  • •Influence leaders in development, client operations, and IT infrastructure to plan and prioritize work for business application support delivery.
  • •Partner with project and product teams to adopt emerging technologies and define data-centric solutions for business requirements.
  • •Collaborate with development teams to design data architecture, recommend implementation strategies for new systems and technologies, and facilitate design/implementation.
  • •Perform testing by defining criteria, creating test scripts and scenarios, debugging, and documenting results.
  • •Provide ongoing application support including monitoring, handling customer questions, investigating and solving system problems, and delivering on-call support.

Key Requirements
