Key Responsibilities

•Manage and grow Cadence product adoption, forecasting, quoting, negotiating and help closing business targets.
•Define platform strategy and create technical events to promote Cadence products and technology.
•Identify and qualify customer challenges and build tool/IP configurations.
•Drive pre-sale campaigns, coordinating with customers, R&D and Application Engineers to build and execute plans.
•Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders and ensure long-term roadmap alignment.

Key Requirements

•Deep technical knowledge of EDA tools and systems solutions, and understanding of the semiconductor design and manufacturing ecosystem.
•Proven ability to qualify opportunities, coordinate technical sales engagements, and drive multi-million-dollar campaigns with cross-functional teams.
•Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives.
•Track record of overachieving sales quotas and managing complex presales campaigns.
•Excellent communication skills and ability to translate customer needs into viable Cadence solutions.
