Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve reliability and resiliency for critical enterprise platforms across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
  • •Lead major and high-severity incident response, diagnose root causes, and drive multi-team technical resolution.
  • •Deliver automation using Infrastructure as Code to reduce toil, lower MTTR, and increase service resilience.
  • •Enhance observability by standardizing telemetry practices and building dashboards/KPIs using logs, metrics, traces, and events.
  • •Standardize incident playbooks and runbooks, adopt SLO/SLI practices, and support resiliency testing including chaos engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • •Experience with AWS services and virtual infrastructure, including identity and access integration.
  • •Familiarity with chaos engineering, resilience assessments, and service failure modeling.
