Job Summary

Build and run the support and escalation motion for Rosalind and OpenAI’s life sciences customers. Own complex technical and operational cases end to end—from intake through diagnosis and resolution—across ChatGPT, Codex, and the OpenAI API. Create intake flows, playbooks, knowledge, tooling, and operating mechanisms, coordinate cross-functional escalations, and turn recurring issues into durable fixes and product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Own complex technical and operational support cases for Rosalind and life sciences customers from intake through resolution.
•Diagnose and resolve issues across onboarding, workspace creation, access/permissions, API and organization configuration, model availability, and environment setup.
•Support customer workflows across ChatGPT, Codex, and the OpenAI API, including tool access, environment constraints, reproducibility, product behavior, and responsible model usage.
•Build bioscience-aware intake flows, diagnostic procedures, routing logic, escalation paths, playbooks, response templates, and internal/customer knowledge content.
•Coordinate cross-functional escalations and build feedback loops that capture bugs, product gaps, and unmet needs for Rosalind, Product, and Engineering.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 260,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years in technical support, support engineering, escalations, technical account management, solutions operations, product operations, incident management, or a related customer-facing technical role.
•Familiarity with life sciences disciplines/workflows (e.g., computational biology, bioinformatics, genomics, transcriptomics, drug discovery).
•Ability to rapidly triage scientific tools/workflows and recognize when specialized scientific expertise is required.
•Experience supporting enterprise customers with complex technical configuration issues (access, permissions, environments, APIs, security, governance).
•Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills, including investigating novel or poorly defined problems.
