•Assist store director and specialists in daily store activities and operations.
•Actively contribute to store objectives (budget and targets) and adapt to strategic changes and new action plans from managers.
•Organize and manage stock and deliveries, supporting overall store logistics.

Key Requirements

•Experience in similar retail roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) in multinational retail environments preferred.
•Diploma di scuola superiore; good English, French knowledge appreciated.
•Strong customer service orientation and ability to listen, advise, and build lasting relationships with clients.
•Ability to work as part of a team, stay flexible, and respond to store targets and changes in strategy.
•Ability to manage store activities and contribute to inventory, deliveries, and daily operations.
