Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes to maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
  • •Lead strategic product presentation and merchandising by managing product recovery, restock/destock, and visual merchandising changes.
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes by managing visual support through payroll management and aligning to business needs.
  • •Use reporting tools in partnership with management to identify opportunities and make necessary visual/product placement changes.
  • •Lead and coach the Visual team through accountability, continuous coaching, development, and effective communication; represent the business in meetings and calls with store leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
  • •Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • •Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written.
  • •Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry, or otherwise move up to 50 pounds and stand/move for an entire shift.
