Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare budget inputs by reviewing expected brokerage for each client/account with Brokers/AEs.
  • •Produce high line budget walks and run forecasting/renewals processes, tracking wins/losses, rate changes, and jeopardy items.
  • •Maintain forecast records and advise on sales pipeline inclusion, movements, and trends for Finance Partners and stakeholders.
  • •Complete monthly forecasts and ad hoc updates, including forward/backward walks versus prior year and budget with categorized impacts.
  • •Support miscellaneous finance operations including rebate monitoring and invoicing, ceded premium reporting, audit responses, and accrual handling.

Key Requirements

  • •Insurance experience preferred.
  • •Experience managing a small team, including offshore support.
  • •Strong numerical skills and ability to analyse data to influence business decisions.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel specifically) and competent IT skills.
  • •IBA experience considered a strong background.
