Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end SW program delivery from scoping and planning through integration, verification, and customer ramp.
  • •Align SW scope and schedule needs across Design, Marketing, Systems & Applications and drive tradeoffs as needed.
  • •Build and maintain program schedules; track milestones; monitor and manage external dependencies; surface risks early and resolve blocking issues.
  • •Coordinate SW development dependencies across middleware, tools, verification, and application engineering teams.
  • •Serve as primary customer interface for SW release plans, delivery commitments, and issue escalations; drive ASPICE compliance and lead program reviews/status reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (or related engineering).
  • •5–12 years of experience with project engineering/management on complex SW products/projects.
  • •Proven leadership capability working across multifaceted global organizations, including indirect management and influence.
  • •Strong technical, communication, execution, and leadership capabilities.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set realistic plans, and coordinate global development teams.
