Job Summary

Regional Alliances Manager responsible for developing and activating Okta’s channel ecosystem with regional System Integrators in the Germany/CEE region. You’ll define joint value propositions, build GTM plans, onboard partners, and collaborate with executives, BD, marketing and field sales to drive revenue growth through a partner-first approach in cloud security and identity access management.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and grow the Okta practices for our System Integrator partners across the CEE region.
•Identify, onboard and activate new partners to support revenue growth.
•Define joint, tailored value propositions and create detailed go-to-market plans that strengthen our value proposition to the marketplace while providing new revenue opportunities.
•Collaborate with Oktas executives, business development, marketing and field sales teams to execute a partner-first motion.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 164,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience of business development or alliances at a SaaS startup, successfully implementing channel/field alliances strategy to drive increased sales.
•A track record of exceeding channel sales revenue targets.
•A business leader who is able to influence and build strong relationships with decision makers across all levels of partner and prospect organizations.
•Current knowledge of the trends and market leading companies in the broader Cloud Computing and Identity Access Management ecosystem.
•Experience with Cloud Software Vendors and their strategies/business models.
