•Lead the creative and scenic production development for Dopamine Land’s global rollouts, ensuring installations meet creative potential while balancing operational realities.
•Develop and manage budgets for scenic and technical aspects, maintaining alignment with creative goals and constraints.
•Draft and interpret technical documentation using CAD, SketchUp, or comparable software and oversee fabrication partners with detailed reviews and approvals.
•Coordinate with the Creative Studio to translate concept designs into executable scenic builds and ensure brand coherence across regions.
•Mentor local producers and guide them in adapting plans to regional contexts while maintaining global quality standards.
