Lead operations that support the Learning and Organisational Development team, ensuring facilitation plans and administrative arrangements enable effective training delivery. Review and respond to employee learning guidance issues, manage e-learning and workshop enrolments, and oversee liaison with learning vendors. Drive training effectiveness evaluation using NPS feedback and improve delivery based on insights. Maintain learning records and produce management information for stakeholders while managing your team per people management policies.
