Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical malfunctions on plant machines and facility systems.
  • •Install, troubleshoot, and repair PLCs, HMIs, VFD drives, motor control centers, and power distribution centers.
  • •Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on production equipment and inspect electrical systems for hazards, defects, and repair needs.
  • •Install and repair industrial electrical and electronic components using hand/power tools, test equipment, and electrical code/manual/schematic/blueprint references.
  • •Fabricate and machine as needed, operate lift trucks/maneuver equipment for elevated work, and support continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial and industrial electricity/maintenance, OR a technical school diploma in addition to electronics/commercial and industrial electrical systems, OR an Associate’s degree in Electronics or Commercial and Industrial Electrical systems.
  • •Experience reading electrical/mechanical blueprints and schematics.
  • •Experience with CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System) and SAP.
  • •Experience operating a sit-down and stand-up forklift.
