Onsite information system security role supporting RTX’s cybersecurity team in Tucson. Key Responsibilities

•Ensure system compliance, auditing, security plan development, and delivery of information systems security education and awareness.
•Assist in investigating information system security violations and prepare reports with corrective and preventative actions.
•Collaborate with facility security, program personnel, and government representatives to maintain security posture.
•Perform security sustainment activities (hardware change management, software change management, account management, media protection, user interface, file transfers, etc.).
•Within six months of hire, obtain and maintain a Security professional certification commensurate with IAM Level I (Security+ or equivalent).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 68,900 - 131,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
•Relevant experience in cybersecurity, systems security or hardening; information technology; compliance-based auditing using RMF/DAAPM/JSIG/NISPOM or related standards
•Experience with computer technologies (databases, operating systems, network hardware, software)
•Physical security, investigations, or border control experience a plus
•Project or program management, office management, senior administration, or account management
