Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the CPO and a senior mechanical coach to define product vision and roadmap based on use cases, business needs, and COTS roadmaps (DFM PRO / CATIA / CREO).
  • •Act as the interface between Thales and COTS suppliers to influence their roadmaps.
  • •Own the product backlog: define epics/user stories, prioritize, and track functional evolutions to maximize value per increment.
  • •Coordinate with development teams, domain experts, and stakeholders to ensure regular delivery aligned with the product vision, validating updates with users.
  • •Define and monitor product KPIs (adoption, usage, efficiency gain, satisfaction) and use field feedback to continuously adjust the product strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s-level education (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
  • •Significant experience as a mechanical engineer, with strong knowledge of CREO and mechanical engineering practices.
  • •Ability to collect, analyze, and formalize user needs into specifications, including writing User Stories, Epics, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Understand software development cycles and collaborate effectively with developers, architects, and test teams.
  • •Aptitude to mobilize multidisciplinary teams, facilitate workshops, communicate fluently in French and English, and handle complex, ambiguous contexts.
