Job Summary

Define and prioritize the functional evolution of the ATGM product, shaping its vision and roadmap and managing a feature backlog based on user needs, COTS roadmaps, and delivery constraints. Partner with CPO and technical coaches, coordinate with development teams, and liaise with COTS suppliers. Drive regular delivery, validate increments with users, and track KPIs like adoption, usage, efficiency gains, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the CPO and a senior mechanical coach to define product vision and roadmap based on use cases, business needs, and COTS roadmaps (DFM PRO / CATIA / CREO).
•Act as the interface between Thales and COTS suppliers to influence their roadmaps.
•Own the product backlog: define epics/user stories, prioritize, and track functional evolutions to maximize value per increment.
•Coordinate with development teams, domain experts, and stakeholders to ensure regular delivery aligned with the product vision, validating updates with users.
•Define and monitor product KPIs (adoption, usage, efficiency gain, satisfaction) and use field feedback to continuously adjust the product strategy.

Key Requirements

•Master’s-level education (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
•Significant experience as a mechanical engineer, with strong knowledge of CREO and mechanical engineering practices.
•Ability to collect, analyze, and formalize user needs into specifications, including writing User Stories, Epics, and acceptance criteria.
•Understand software development cycles and collaborate effectively with developers, architects, and test teams.
•Aptitude to mobilize multidisciplinary teams, facilitate workshops, communicate fluently in French and English, and handle complex, ambiguous contexts.

Education:Master's in Informatique, Génie logiciel or domain technical equivalent
