Key Responsibilities

•Handle incoming calls and emails to identify customer needs and deliver satisfaction, including updating customers on orders and stock availability.
•Perform warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, receiving, cycle counts, and processing goods for shipping.
•Communicate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and provide timely updates to customers.
•Assist with general warehouse operations and maintain accuracy in POS transactions.
•Support on-the-job driving tasks; forklift licence is a plus and can be obtained with training.

Salary: GBP 27,000 annually
