Support Tabby Ads' retail media within the Tabby marketplace by setting up campaigns, monitoring performance, and optimizing to meet advertiser goals. You’ll run end-to-end campaigns with the Ad Sales team, track metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC, ROAS, conversions), and translate data into actionable feedback for sales and advertisers. •Running campaigns end-to-end with our Ad Sales team – from let's set this up to we're live to look how well it's doing.
•Keeping a close eye on performance so budgets, pacing, targeting, and creative stay on track (and catching the gremlins before they become problems).
•Turning numbers into stories – clear, useful feedback that the sales team and advertisers can actually act on.
•Optimizing live campaigns to hit advertiser goals, using the data to make smart calls.
•Being the last line of defense on quality – checking specs, links, targeting, dates, and budgets so nothing dodgy ever goes live.
