•Take over the rest of the marketing function, including social, website, teacher and student programs, courses, press, and campaigns.
•Understand what’s working, decide what deserves to scale, and make initiatives substantially better.
•Often set direction and execute work across marketing initiatives from 0→1 and then 1→100.
•Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with the current Head of Marketing during the handoff.
•Own the ongoing operation of the full marketing stack and deliver significant improvements to key initiatives within the first 1–2 months.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 165,000 annually

•Write clearly and persuasively, and stay close to details despite ambiguity and changing priorities.
