Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure financial administration responsibilities are fulfilled with high quality and cost effectiveness.
  • •Check contractors’ payment applications and verify claimed amounts against supplier invoices and measurement records.
  • •Support project managers and resident managers with client relations, including responding to client clarifications and reviewing payment certificates.
  • •Review contractor claims and assess scope, schedule, and cost changes; prepare reports for project manager approval.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English; PMP certification preferred.
