Job Summary

Lead consulting engagements for clients in Japan, serving as the main focal point while coordinating with client teams, internal stakeholders, junior team members, and outsourcing partners. Key Responsibilities

•Lead client engagements as the main focal point across internal teams, junior team members, and outsourcing partners as applicable.
•Manage project delivery between Visa and a major client, tracking status, action items, issues, and risks for consulting and implementation initiatives.
•Draft and develop client project proposals including objectives, scope, deliverables, approach, dependencies, roles, and responsibilities.
•Oversee project setup (contracting documentation, stakeholder engagement, workplans, interview guides, client data requirements, and vendor statements of work).
•Develop analytical fact bases and benchmark performance to identify gaps and improvement opportunities; collaborate with data science and deliver presentations and recommendations.

Key Requirements

•Manage consulting engagements end to end for clients, including scoping, proposing, contracting, and delivering projects.
•10 years of relevant experience with deep experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or project management.
•Deep experience managing complex cross-functional and cross-regional projects.
•Full professional Japanese and business-level English.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and presentation capabilities.
