Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support to the project team for all planning functions, ensuring programme issues are highlighted and understood.
  • •Give planning advice and direction to project team members and relevant stakeholders, and produce programme assurance reports on client commissions.
  • •Produce progress reports showing variance against baselines and deliver period programme updates.
  • •Coordinate between clients and partners, consultants, and contractors’ programmes of work, including reporting areas of non-compliance for resolution.
  • •Provide planning support to the bidding team as required to submit bidding documentation on time.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc degree in the relevant field is preferred.
  • •Minimum 15 years’ post-graduate experience is required.
  • •Regional experience with professional consultancy is necessary.
  • •Advanced knowledge and proficiency with planning and resourcing software such as Primavera (P6).
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills, with professional working knowledge of project management and planning tools.
