Own the target architecture and technology roadmap for the Americas area, aligning enterprise architecture standards with local product and tribe realities. •Own the Americas target architecture and technology roadmap aligned with enterprise architecture and H4 standards.
•Support tribes and product teams by selecting architectures/technologies that fit product designs and resolve interdependencies.
•Define and govern non-functional requirements (scalability, resilience, security, observability) across the area.
•Chair/co-chair the Americas Area Design Authority and represent the area in global EA governance bodies; review and sign off major architectural changes.
•Ensure security architecture principles are followed, promote secure-by-design patterns, and embed controls appropriate for the Americas regulatory environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 220,000 annually

•8+ years in IT architecture roles, including at least 3 years at area or enterprise level.

•Familiarity with agile operating models (SAFe, Spotify-model, or equivalent).
•Hands-on cloud understanding (AWS, Azure) and modern application patterns (microservices, event-driven, API-first), plus architecture modeling tool proficiency (ArchiMate, C4, UML or equivalent).
