  • •Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive government affairs strategy aligned with business objectives, including engagement with legislative and regulatory bodies.
  • •Domestic Relationship Management and Advocacy: Build bipartisan relationships with Congress, federal agencies, state legislators, and local officials to advocate Motorola Solutions’ interests.
  • •Global Relationship Management and Advocacy: Align with international teams to engage foreign governments and organizations on policy issues in key markets.
  • •Policy Analysis and Development: Monitor legislative developments, articulate policy positions, and inform debates to advance company interests.
  • •Coalition Building and Internal Collaboration: Build alliances with industry groups and coordinate with legal, communications, marketing and technical teams; manage budgets and lead a team.

Key Requirements
