Senior Product Owner to define, build, and scale the Xsolla Money Account fintech product. You will own roadmap and execution across wallet, issuing, payouts, and related financial tools, collaborating with engineering, design, data, compliance, and external partners to ship intuitive, compliant, and scalable experiences for gamers and creators.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to Money Account product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
•Translate product strategy into clear, high-quality PRDs with context, rationale, and actionable requirements.
•Partner closely with UX/UI designers to craft intuitive end-to-end user experiences.
•Work with engineering teams using Jira and Confluence to manage scope, priorities, and delivery.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver scalable financial products and iterate post-launch.

Key Requirements

•8–12+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, embedded finance, or e-commerce.
•Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional Fintech products from concept to launch.
•Experience with digital wallets, card issuing, payouts, or BaaS platforms.
•Strong technical fluency and comfort working closely with engineering teams and APIs.
•Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured product requirements and execution plans.
