Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deliver business change strategies, engagement plans, and client deliverables.
  • •Lead/support stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, complexity assessments, and readiness reviews.
  • •Design, facilitate, and run client workshops and presentations.
  • •Manage delivery plans, risks, issues, and reporting to ensure successful commission outcomes.
  • •Build and develop strong relationships with key client stakeholders and contribute to bid proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience at a Practitioner level in change and transformation capabilities, with understanding applied on at least one project.
  • •Experience delivering tangible results on change and transformation projects using business change methodologies.
  • •Experience in programme and project management within complex change environments with multiple workstreams.
  • •Experience designing and implementing operating models (organisational design and development).
  • •Experience managing stakeholders in large and complex organisations and designing/facilitating client workshops.
